TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms govern the use of the Site and any other Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner in a binding manner. Capitalised expressions are defined in the relevant section of this document. Users are kindly asked to read this document carefully.
OWNER

Italian tax code: CRRGND85R22H501O

"The Site" refers to this website, including its sub-domains and any other site through which the Owner offers the Service.
AT A GLANCE
Certain provisions of these Terms may only apply to some categories of Users: in particular, some clauses concern Consumers only. Such limitations are always expressly stated. Where no limitation is stated, the clause applies to all Users. The right of withdrawal on the Site applies to all Users, regardless of whether they qualify as Consumers.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Unless otherwise specified, the conditions of use set out in this section apply generally. Further conditions applicable in particular situations are expressly indicated in this document.
Registration
To use the Service, Users may open an account by providing all required data completely and truthfully. The Service may also be used without registering; in that case some features may not be available. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and confidential. By creating an account, Users accept full responsibility for all activities carried out with their credentials. Users must inform the Owner immediately if they believe their credentials have been compromised, unlawfully disclosed or stolen.
Registration requirements
-
Opening accounts through bots or other automated means is not permitted.
-
Each User may create only one account.
-
Accounts may not be shared with other people.
Account closure
Users are free to close their account at any time, using the tools available on the Site or by contacting the Owner at the details given.
Account suspension and deletion
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete a User's account where it considers it inappropriate, offensive or contrary to these Terms. Suspension or deletion gives the User no right to compensation, refund or indemnity, and does not release the User from payment of any prices due.
Content on the Site
Unless otherwise specified, all content available on the Site is owned by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner takes the utmost care to ensure that content does not infringe applicable law or third-party rights; should this occur, Users are kindly asked to address complaints to the contact details given in this document.
Access to external resources
Through the Site, Users may access resources provided by third parties. The Owner has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their content or availability.
Permitted use
The Site and the Service may be used only for the purposes for which they are offered, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Site does not violate the law, regulations or third-party rights. The Owner reserves the right to take any appropriate measure to protect its legitimate interests, in particular denying access to the Site, terminating contracts, or reporting to the competent authorities any objectionable activity, whenever the User commits violations of the law or of these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or acts in ways that harm the Owner's legitimate interests.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Product description
Prices, descriptions and availability of Products are specified in the relevant sections of the Site and are subject to change without notice. Although Products are presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, their representation through graphics, images and colours is intended as a reference only. As these are hand-printed textiles, slight variations in shade and small irregularities in the print are inherent characteristics of artisanal production and do not constitute a defect of conformity.
Purchase process
Every step, from choosing the product to submitting the order, is part of the purchase process:
-
the User chooses the desired Product and reviews their selection;
-
after checking the information, the User places the order by submitting it.
Order submission
Submitting the order concludes the contract and creates the User's obligation to pay the price, taxes and any further charges and expenses as specified on the order page. Once the order has been submitted, the User will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.
Prices
During the purchase process and before submitting the order, Users are duly informed of all fees, taxes and costs — including any shipping charges — that will be charged to them.
Promotions and discounts
The Owner may offer special discounts or promotions, always subject to the terms and conditions set out in the relevant section of the Site. Promotions and offers are granted at the Owner's sole discretion, and repeated or periodic promotions create no claim or enforceable right in the future. Depending on the case, discounts and promotions apply for a set period of time or while stocks last.
Vouchers
Promotions and discounts may be offered in the form of Vouchers. Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply:
-
each Voucher is valid only if used in the manner and within the period specified;
-
Vouchers may only be redeemed in full at the time of purchase;
-
Vouchers cannot be combined;
-
Vouchers must be used within the specified validity period; once expired, they are automatically cancelled;
-
Users are not entitled to any refund where there is a difference between the value of the Voucher and the value redeemed;
-
Vouchers are for non-commercial use only.
Means of payment
Details of accepted means of payment are shown during the purchase process. All payments are handled independently by third-party services: the Site does not collect payment data — such as credit card numbers — but receives a notification once payment has been successful. Where payment fails or is declined, the Owner is not obliged to fulfil the order.
Retention of title
Until the Owner receives payment of the full purchase price, the User does not acquire ownership of the Products ordered.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and by the means indicated in the order summary. On delivery, Users must check the contents of the parcel and promptly report any anomalies; they may refuse to accept the parcel if it is visibly damaged.
Delivery times
Within Italy, Products are normally delivered within approximately one week of order confirmation. For international shipments, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination and applicable customs procedures. The times indicated on the Site and during the purchase process are indicative and do not constitute an essential term. In any case, and unless otherwise agreed with the User, Products are delivered no later than thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract.
Delays not attributable to the Owner
Delays caused by force majeure or by circumstances otherwise beyond the Owner's reasonable control do not constitute a breach by the Owner. These include, by way of example: exceptional natural events, strikes, carrier disruptions or delays, customs inspections and holds, measures taken by authorities, and interruptions to transport. In such cases, the Owner shall inform the User without undue delay and agree a new, reasonable delivery date. The Consumer's right remains unaffected: where the Owner fails to deliver within the agreed period, the Consumer may call upon the Owner to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances and, if that period expires without delivery, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all sums paid.
Failed delivery
The Owner is not liable for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions made by the User when completing the order. Where goods are not delivered or collected within the set period, they will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to arrange a second delivery attempt. Unless otherwise specified, any delivery attempt from the second onwards will be at the User's expense.
USER RIGHTS
Right of withdrawal
Users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The right of withdrawal allows Consumers to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance. On the Site, the right of withdrawal applies to all Users.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, Users must send the Owner an unequivocal statement of their intention to withdraw. Users may use the model withdrawal form set out at the end of this document, or express their intention in any other suitable form, including by email or WhatsApp at the contact details given.
When the withdrawal period expires
-
For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the User, or a third party appointed by the User other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
-
Where several goods are ordered together but delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day on which the User takes possession of the last of the goods.
Effects of withdrawal
The Owner shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs, to Users who have correctly exercised the right of withdrawal. Any additional cost arising from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Owner remains at the User's expense. The refund is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Owner was informed of the decision to withdraw. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund is made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction. Users incur no cost as a consequence of withdrawal.
Returning the goods
Users must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day they communicated their intention to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are handed to the carrier before that period expires. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided evidence of having returned them. Users are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BORNE BY THE OWNER: returns are free within 14 days of receipt, for unused items in their original packaging. To arrange a return, simply contact the Owner by email or WhatsApp at the details given in this document.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005), the seller guarantees the conformity of the goods sold for a period of two years from delivery. The Owner is therefore obliged to ensure that the goods purchased have the quality, functionality and characteristics promised or reasonably expected for at least two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer is entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement or, subject to the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. The legal guarantee applies regardless of any additional commercial warranty granted by the Owner. Consumers residing outside Italy may benefit from guarantee rights under the law of the country of their habitual residence, where more favourable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Owner is liable towards Users within the limits set by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Owner's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any mandatory right granted to Consumers by law.
Service interruption
To ensure the best possible level of service, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or other changes, giving Users appropriate notice. The Service may also be unavailable for reasons beyond the Owner's reasonable control, such as force majeure.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
No implied waiver
The Owner's failure to exercise rights or claims arising from these Terms does not constitute a waiver of them.
Privacy policy
Information on the processing of Personal Data is set out in the Site's privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Site — such as copyright, trade marks, designs and models — are held exclusively by the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable law and international treaties.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, giving Users appropriate notice. Changes take effect for the future only. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Assignment of contract
The Owner reserves the right to transfer or assign the rights and obligations arising from these Terms, having regard to Users' legitimate interests. Users may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations without the Owner's written consent.
Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be or become void or ineffective, such invalidity does not affect the remaining provisions, which remain valid and effective.
Language of these Terms
These Terms are drawn up in Italian. Translations into other languages are provided for information purposes: in the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Italian version prevails.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes arising from or connected with these Terms fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the Owner is established. The foregoing does not apply to Users acting as Consumers: in that case, the jurisdiction of the court of the Consumer's place of residence or elected domicile applies where situated in Italy, and the consumer-protection rules of the country of habitual residence prevail where more favourable.
Dispute resolution
Users may report any dispute to the Owner, who will seek to resolve it amicably. Users may send a complaint to the Owner's email address given in this document, including a brief description and, where relevant, the details of the order. The Owner will handle the request without undue delay and in any case within 21 days of receipt. Users' right to bring legal proceedings remains unaffected.
